Neomail sdbm store returned error

    Some users on the server are seeing the following error(s) while others have no problem accessing Neomail. The error they see after login is below:

    Note the difference between the key values.

    I'm having the same problem, just started in the past couple of days. This is what I get:

    I've got one user with this problem as well, can't figure it out for the life of me. :mad:

    sdbm store returned -1, errno 22, key "4e59f1c2786562b75d33ef88bfeb11c8" at /usr/local/cpanel/base/neomail/neomail.pl line 2969, <SPOOL> line 198012.

    This warning is emmitted when you try to store a key or a value that is too long. It means that the change was not recorded in the database. There are a number of limits on the size of the data that you can store in the SDBM file. The most important is that the length of a key, plus the length of its associated value, may not exceed 1008 bytes.

    Update your perl and see if that solve the problem. If not, pm me.

    This error usuaully occurs due to some missing perl modules. Please make sure the following perl modules are installed in your server

    1. DB_File and
    2. Mail::SPF::Query

    If not, install the above perlmodules to fix this issue
