Neomail sending 2 emails at a time

Hi, Just wondering if anyone has this issues but i found that if oyu send mail via neomail it sends 2 copies to a client at one time.
Isthere anything i can look at thats causing this? I tried squirrel and horde and they dont do it.

We are running
WHM 8.5.1 cPanel 8.5.3-S3
RedHat - WHM X v2.1.1

Any ideas would be nice. Thanks in advance.

I have one client that neomail is now sending 8 emails out per email sent. Was a resolution ever found?
