Never Fails - cpsrvd Always Fails

Every time my server reboots, cpsrvd fails and I can't ftp. I always have to restart my ftp server. Is there a way I can fix this, or is it a bug?

I'm also having cpsrvd fails from my server.

Can anyone explain what is cpsrvd fails?
