New 11.38 Backup system and Amazon S3

During the webinar today announcing the new features of 11.38 it was mentioned that configuration of the Backup system to Amazon S3 and/or Glacier had been done and documented. I cannot locate that documentation anywhere.

I currently have my backups setup with s3fs to Amazon S3 but would be interested if there is a native functionality for this.
