    Hi,

I have the same problem. Didn't notice it before.
In "Basic cpanel / WHM setup" on WHM i have 2 dns entries.
DNS1 is on the cpanel server and DNS2 is on a other server with the DNS only version.
    Any suggestions what to check?

    Ronald.

The "new account email" only includes the 1 nameserver because that's all the script is told to do. It's been doing it that way for all the years I've been using cPanel. You can have WHM send yourself or the customer your own welcome email with the use of a postwwwacct script.

Which version of WHM are you using?

Also please make sure that you have entered secondary nameserver entry in the option “nameservers IPS” and also ns2 A record entry in DNS zone of the domain host.com.

    Best regards,
