New accounts not showing up

My problem: I created a new account on WHM but it does not show up on my account list. In fact I have created it twice and it still doesn't show up... although the username and files seem to all be there when I check through Virtuozzo.

Then I saw this error on the nightly emails:

[userdomains] domain conflict: /var/cpanel/users/user2 contains a MAIN domain already owned by user1 at /scripts/updateuserdomains line 191, <F> line 3.

This problem comes because the user1 account used to have the domain user2 is going to use assigned to it at another host before I did the transfer... how can I delete/fix that problem? User1 is no longer using that domain.

edit the user file and remove the domain from the old user at /var/cpanel/users/

I did exactly what you said and deleted a bunch of stuff from those 'users' file that came over from the old hosts...

I tried to recreate the account for user2 and WHM gives me this output:

Sorry, a DNS entry for user2.com already exists, please delete it first (from all servers in the dns cluster)

Account Creation Complete!!!

How do I do that?

In WHM > DNS Fucntions > Delete a DNS zone.
