I've only just noticed this problem since doing the latest apache/whm update.

When creating a new account, the owner of the account/folders is set to root and not the username i specified. When i try to change the owner of the user folder i get a quota exceeded message and it wont change.

The strange thing is, that if i terminate an old account i can then add a new one with no problems at all, but then when i add another i get the above problem.

I've run fixquotas and all updates.

    Any ideas?

Is that reseller limited to the number of accounts or domains? It sounds like the reseller might be going over when you try and add the last account.
