new at cpanel

    hi all we just bouth new vps and we have cpanel heres my ?
    we are trying to set up to accounts with the same ip of the server we only got 1 ip so we are tring to set up 2 accounts whit same ip any help will help
    ples and thank you steph:confused:

    ps we have i account working but the other is all set up but cant find the server?

    When you assign a dedicated IP address to an account, you are telling the server to use an IP address ONLY for that account.

    If you only have 1 IP address, you cannot assign dedicated IP addresses to accounts. All accounts will simply use the shared (single) IP address instead.

    cPanelDavidG is correct. I use my IP as shared IPs on all 87 accounts I have. Once you Whois it, you will see the example.
