New BETA/TESTING Licenses are available by e-mailing [email protected]

1) They are 15 day testing/beta licenses.
2) E-mail your server ip with your request
3)After your 15 days is up, you will have a waiting period before being granted another test license

Also,

When you have a beta license, you can download and install the installer for your operating system from layer1.cpanel.net.

To login for the first time: go to http://youriphere:2086
the login is

username: root
password: your root password

These trials and any other copy of Cpanel/WHM are to be installed on a fresh server. An install on a live server is at your own risk!
