I have noticed since migrating to cpanel from ensim I get quite a bit less spam, today someone told me that they were getting verification emails when sending me an email directly so I think this may be the cause and even though it is slowing spam down for me I would like to know how to disable.

Here is what the reponse says to the sender:

    Subject: Your email requires verification
    verify#Uu0Vq8sDvSj19rUGOBgQiKsjGonmw5Y6

The message you sent requires that you verify that you are a real
    live human
being and not a spam source.

To complete this verification, simply reply to this message and leave
    the
    subject line intact.

The headers of the message sent from your address are show below

Sounds like you have boxtrapper installed. I think that's the program that does that.
