    Since updating to WHM 11.23.0 cPanel 11.23.1-R24909 CENTOS Enterprise 4.6 i686 on standard - WHM X v3.1.0

New hosting accounts have not been recieving email.. After investigation it would seem as thou new hosting accounts have there domain names in the remotedomains file - Causing all email delivery to fail.

    Has anyone else noticed this?!

    Thanks

Based off the very limited information provided here, it is difficult to determine if what you are experiencing is intended functionality (domains hosting mail on another server should be in /etc/remotedomains) or a malfunction.

I recommend letting our technical analysts take a look at your server so we can address this issue with you: http://tickets.cpanel.net/cpanel

Its very simple - I create a BRAND NEW hosting account and for some stupid reason the domain ends up in the remotedomains file after the account creation is complete - for no reason whatsoever.

I have had our admin update to 11.23.3 and he thinks its solved the issue.

Somthing must have been wrong with the way 11.23.0 was creating new accounts - it certainly shouldnt have been putting the domain name in the remotedomains list!
