    Hello,

Run the below command on the server and check it's showing old hostname or new.
    Code:
    hostname

    Hello,

Check to see if the service certificate for cPanel/WHM/Webmail matches the new hostname. It's configured at:

"WHM Home » Service Configuration » Manage Service SSL Certificates"

    Thanks!
