New install fails

    I believe they are having an outtage. I had the same issue when cPanel auto-updated last night.

    Try first a /scripts/upcp --force, because it's possible a error on last update.

    Also put a ticket to Cpanel for support

    EDIT
    Not see it's a fresh install... it's possible error on install script... open ticket it's best option.

    It's possible this was a temporary issue with one of the update mirrors. Could you try installing cPanel at this time and let us know if the issue persists?
