Just installed a new server (dual opteron, 1.8ghz, 2*74gb disk raid 1 and 4 x174gb raid5) with centos
    (Linux exoville.exoville.be 2.6.18-53.el5 #1 SMP Mon Nov 12 02:14:55 EST 2007 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux)

This was a clean install with no extras.
    Then I installed cPanel

When install was completed I saw this

First I got rid of those entropychat msg's
    Then I corrected the hostname
    and started cpanel (/etc/init.d/cpanel start)

    And that's what I get
