I never could find an answer and this was becoming urgent. The only solution I could come up with was to log in to WHM through my cell phone, then go to Tweak Settings > Security and change "Cookie IP validation" to "disabled".

I tried "loose" at first, but still had the same problem.

I wish there was an option to whitelist any range that I want. "Loose" will match if they're in the same /24, but I need it to match in the same /16, or maybe even /8!

You could (should) setup a VPN from which you use to access your WHM. This is advantageous as it allows your underlying ISP-assigned IP address to change while your outgoing IP address remains constant (while logged into VPN). Additionally, you can whitelist your VPN IP for access to WHM and improve security by rejecting requests by non-trusted networks.

There's nothing wrong with logging in from an alternate network when you're experiencing odd issues like this.

I think adding a specific whitelist feature sounds like a great idea. Can you submit that feature request using the link in my signature? If so, I'll get it approved and I'll bring it up with the team.

Your IP address has changed. Please log in again.

just came across it - it basically cut you off from accessing the WHM and other hosting panels as well as ftp - you do need static IP to use WHM and cpanel which makes no sense as users/admins save money by utilizing phones with EasyThether app for internet access on desktops -

also tried cpanel/whm panel app for android - same error as stated above -
