New Licenses Post install Problem

Have been using Cpanel/whm on leased server. :p have just bought multiple licenses and did first install on a RedHat 7.2 box.

Installation semed to go OK

WHM page comes up.

Created Account and Cpanel will not come up for that account.

Can Not Telnet/SSH into server. Using PuTTy

What have I missed?

All Help Appreciated.
