    Hey

    If you check add-ons option under WHM you see like WHMExt-Software,
    WHMExt-Help etc...

    Now, Please check the following image:

    It has own menu.

    How can I do it?

    It would be useful also for other scripts.

    Not really worthwhile doing like that. Because you'd have to mod the command menu of each WHM theme, then when you update cpanel it will overwrite the mods you've made.

    Better to make an addon cgi to go in the addons section which will then lead users to whatever it was you want to add.
