    /scripts/upcp
    Can't locate Cpanel/cPanelFunctions.pm in @INC (@INC contains: /usr/lib/perl5/5.8.4/i686-linux /usr/lib/perl5/5.8.4 /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.4/i686-linux /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.4 /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.1/i686-linux /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.1 /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.6.1 /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.6.0 /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl . /usr/local/cpanel) at /scripts/fixbinpath line 12.

    Suggestion

Have you updated the scripts prior to running the cPanel update script?

    # /scripts/updatenow
    # /scripts/upcp

    Hope That Helps.
