Hello Forum Members,
I just bought a new server. Created domains I already own on another server within the new server CPanel "add domain".
After that installed WordPress with Softaculos and all went fine.
Now I want to enter the WordPress Dashboard admin in the NEW server to install Elementor + Crocloblock on all domains.

The problem: when I click to open da admin panel it redirects me to the old/actual WordPress dash board at the old server that is online.

Is that a way to access it on CPanel so I can install Elementor and other plugins, create the new pages and after that propagate the DNS for the new server?
Thanks in advance.

PS: how you guys manage this kind of situation? (changing servers but no domain propagated yet)

Hey there! The reason this happens is because Wordpress uses a siteurl value in the internal database to handle the domain name. When you go to the site, even through a temporary link, you will get redirected to the active DNS.

The best way to work around this situation would be to edit your local workstation's hosts file to make your local DNS point to the new server. More details on that can be found here:

Let me know if that helps!
