New server, no run-parts /etc/cron.daily/ emails

We setup a new server last week, I get the upcp and cpbackup e-mails everyday, but unlike our other servers, I don't get an e-mail saying run-parts /etc/cron.daily/ has run and what errors if any it encountered.

Does this need to be setup so it e-mails us or should it be happening automatically?
