    Login to SSH :

    Try
    /scripts/updatenow

    and then

    /scripts/fixndc
    /scripts/fixndc

    ( twice )

and then go in for a restart of bind using :

    service named restart

Typicaly you have a domain and a hostname for your server and most likely one more nameserver - as most are using 2 IPs to fake 2 nameservers.

WHM can't find any dns entry for those and are complaining.

Maybe if the domain is hostet by a difrent server you shuld check that namerserver / hostname for this box in in place.

Most of the time I would add a DNS sone and and add the hostnames and IPs.

For more spesific help you would need to tell your setup in DNS.
