New site connection timing out

Hi I have added a new account in WHM and later when I checked the DNS propagation, the new website is pointed to the newly assigned IP. But when I browse the website, it says "The connection has timed out".
Never had this issue before. Any idea?

Check your firewall configuration to make sure that the IP address in question is not blocked. A firewall would cause a connection to time out.
