    Hi,
I just purchased an SSL Cert and installed it and it's not working.

    I used a dedicated IP. In this example we'll say it's 192.168.0.5 = secure.mydomain.com

When I installed it I did not receive any errors. I generated the csr, purchased the cert through Godaddy.com and then insalled it through WHM using "Install a SSL Certificate and Setup the Domain".

When I go to https://secure.mydomain.com, I get an instant popup saying that it cannot be found.

I checked the httpd.conf and there is an entry for secure.mydomain.com between <ifdefine> tags.

The only thing I did not do was setup a subdomain first which I read in another post that said I should have. However, I've never had to before. If this is what the problem is, how can I fix it? I tried to create a subdomain secure.mydomain.com but I got an error saying it already exists.

Also, under "List Accounts", next to mydomain.com's IP address, :443 is not there. It should say 192.168.0.5:443 but it doesn't.

What do I need to do to get this working?

    Thank you for your time.
