    Hello,

I currently have the hsphere control panel but I am interested in getting Cpanel.

Does cpanel work as a cluster for example, I will have a Cpanel/WHM server, Web Server, MySQL Server etc... like I have now or does EVERY single server needs Cpanel installed on it as well as WEB, MAIL, MYSQL etc....

Please let me know the most details possible as to how it works

    Thanks

    Go on, have a guess
Every server needs to have cPanel installed on it, each with its own separate license (the licensing is for the main IP address of the server). Mail, MySQL, apache, etc are all installed as part of the cPanel package, any pre-existing configurations are lost/removed. In fact, you should always start with a fresh minimal server installation of a supported server OS and then follow the installation guide.

The only thing that can be clustered through cPanel is DNS. You can administer servers from a single interface, to an extent, using third-party applications.
