I'm new to servers and learning! :)

for the name server setup part in whm what do i do? I haven't done this in over 3 years!

    i entered ns1.domain.com ns2.domain.com

and when i click assign ip i get this

    Assigned Nameserver Ips
    Nameserver Ip Assignment
Sorry, the nameserver ns1.domain.com already has the ip 72.232.13.234 assigned to it.

i went into enom and updated my registrar ips.. Is that the issue and i ahve to wait for them to propagate?

You should be alright as both nameservers have an IP assigned to them (even if it is the same IP, depending on your registrar).

Well you said NS1. was already assigned an IP - wasn't sure about NS2.

You can edit the file /etc/nameserversips to specify the Ips to which the Nameservers are pointing at the registrar.
