New Updates ower server dies, every time only us ?

I dont know what to do any more and i dont understand and all the time i keep asking myself , is sompting bad with ower server or cpanel updates.

So every single time when ower server make updates to cpanel ower server dies, mysql crash, httpd dead, we got calls in the night time right after finish updates

I dont understand, we are the only ones who have the kind of problems ?

i`m tired of this.

This time after update.

Version “90.0.14” is available. Update Now. Is this a joke ? Ower server make last night update to 90.0.13 and he crashed the entire server, the guys from support tthey didnt know exactly what is the problem, i fixed it by rebooting the entire server after more then 10h downtime and now a new update ? is this a joke right ? All the time we update the server it complet crash, wtf man ? do you test them ? i dont think

o and this after updated to 90.0.13

And i can;t do nothink.

There's nothing wrong with cPanel pushing updates - that your server is dying is specific to your server most likely. So complaining that cPanel releases an update to customers makes no sense.

You could enable manual updates on your server, so it doesn't auto-update at night, and then plan for updates once a month. Or you could wait, and let cPanel do the upgrade next time, so they may actually be able to catch the error when it's updating :)

With that said, it's not an issue I've ever seen.

I don't think I've ever suffered an outage after an update in almost 8 years of ownership.
I have a few outages, but never one caused by an update that I recall..

Id agree with Lucas, there's more to this than meets the eye.

We're always happy to check the cPanel software on our end to make sure that portion of the system doesn't have issues, so feel free to put in a ticket. If we don't see any problems with cPanel itself we might be able to detect problems with the operating system or try and point you in the right direction.

is new server, buyet this year, new disk all new, the only think i made on the server, instaled centos 7, cpanel and clouxlinux, nothink else.
I talked with some ppl and recomended me to disable automatic update.
I will disable it, whait for new updates a couple of mo and make update and video :) i can bet it will crash again

A new one now, didnt made any changes to the server, didnt disable the automatic updates cuz i forget and is the first time i get this.
