We've successfully transferred the contents of our project websites into our new VPS, however, it appears that the VPS configuration has broken the web projects; what normally would have worked on a shared hosting environment, now shows as white pages under the new vps environment, any ideas?

Do you notice any particular entries in /usr/local/apache/logs/error_log or within error_log files in the account's home directory when opening the website? Have you checked to ensure the required Apache/PHP modules are installed on the new server?
