Any half decent hosting company will give you basic instructions on how to get started, but since they didn't, here's what you need to know.

You can work on your website by either FTP or by cpanel. By cpanel, you go to https://yourdomain.com:2083 (secure) or http://yourdomain.com:2082 (insecure) and log in with your username and password. From there you go to "File Manager", go into your "public_html" directory, and upload files.

With an FTP program, just connect to your domain name with your username and password, change to the "public_html" directory, and upload.

If your domain was just registered, or nameservers were just changed, (if you can't go to yourdomain.com yet), you will need to go to the IP address they gave you until the domain is ready.

Then you need to do one of 2 things

You either need to find a hosting company that supports their customers or you need to hire someone to manage your website.

Glad I have a backspace key. I could go on and on about this but would probably get booted from the forum

we need to start a new topic saying STAY AWAY FROM ASSHAT ACE HOST, and make it sticky. This is getting ridiculous.
