newbee in need of help

    I am trying to upload files into my legacy file manager to send to my client and it will not upload. It is under the limit of size but keeps saying cannot locate website?????
    HELP PLEASE... I have a deadline on these two projects!:eek:

    Ofcourse your filemanager has to work like it should be but why don't you upload your files true FTP ?

    Is this on a dedicated server or an account with a hosting company? If the account is through a hosting company you should contact your host.

    Thank you Rick, I will do that. It also may be the internet connection (as I recently found out) it is being troublesom because of the weather. I guess they are called T-11 lines or something!?
    Anyway ....thank you guys!

    If you are having a problem with anything in your account it is best to contact the hosting company directly. This forum is for support of hosts and users that have dedicated servers. As such most of the solutions for cPanel problems are options that require root access to the server.

    Your best bet is to contact your web hosting provider regarding this issue. Check your billing records to see who you are paying for your web hosting services. cPanel is only a software company, so you are not paying cPanel. If you can't find your billing records, this website may be able to point you in the right direction in terms of finding your web hosting provider:
