newbie- log straight into horde???

horde bugzilla

The Horde Bug tracker claims it's a cpanel bug, and not a problem inherent with the program. Is it something that can be repaired with fixeverything, fix mailbox permissions, etc.? I've looked everywhere on the internet and haven't found a good solution.

I've modified prefs.php (even deleted it) and changed nls.php. under /horde/config but doesn't help. All I can do is set the default language, but Cpanel makes me select it every time.

Cpanel hasn't answered the support ticket as well. I've done my research. It's time to bring on the experts!
