Hello Everyone,
Please forgive me.. but.. I feel Clueless right now.. and I tried calling emcwebhosting but they are on Pacific time and I dont want to wait 3 hours to get some help.. I dont think my question is too complicated to answer for you experts out there.
I've just set up Virtual Private Server for my own domain. with emcwebhosting.
I logged in to Cpanel and it started the wizard... It asks me to pick my nameserver and to not name it the same as my dot.com which is:
www.brightweb.com
So.. I renamed it to: power.brightweb.com
Was that Wrong?
Also.. It said for me to set my nameservers.. so I did as follows:
Primary Nameserver: ns1.brightweb.com
Secondary Nameserver: ns2.brightweb.com
Tertiary Nameserver: ns3.brightweb.com (I have no clue what Tertiary means?)
Fourth Nameserver: ns4.brightweb.com
Did I do this wrong too?
Also.. my domain name is currently with:godaddy.com, so.. what will I put for nameserver to point my domain to my server?
Thanks in advance if anyone is willing to help me solve this issue
Sincerely
Jonathan
