Newbie questions

I have just started using the WMH admin panel but have never done something like this before (hosting web accounts). 1. Is there a tutorial for WHM?
2. I have set up an account for a client and have ftp'd files to that account, but we do not have a domain name pointed to it yet. Can I view that site on my server?
3. Is there a way to see all hosted accounts on my resellers account?
