When I login through webmail everything is fine but when I try and connect through thunderbird it says Sending of password did not succeed. Mail server mail.domain.com responded: Authentication failed (bad password?), I know it's not the password cause I logged in through webmail with it. And its not that I'm putting the username wrong cause I put [email protected] as the username.

Also on Networking Setup in Nameserver IPs the main ip comes out as server1.domain.com how am I able to change it to ns1.domain.com?

Thanks in advance,
Juan

double check your thunderbird configuration, there must be some misconfiguration on your email account.

to change the name server, you may need to change it on your domain registrar which is where you register the domain with.
