Newbie - Transferring Sites

If I am transferring my site from one server to the next, do I still access the same CPanel or is a brand new one setup for me? Also, if that is the case, is there an easy way to transfer the files?

Hello,

if you want to migrate your current site to new server then your will have to restore your full site backup to your new server so that you will get your all setting and site data to your new cpanel

Do you only have a standard hosting account through a web hosting provider on both servers? If so, you may want to see if your hosting provider can transfer the account for you if you want to avoid backing up and restoring the data.
