    Hello there,

I just installed cPanel DNSOnly and I am trying to disable SQL and other services but it just doesn't let me..
    Here is the error log:

Any ideas what I should do?

    Thank you!

    Hello :)

Is there a specific reason you would like to disable MySQL on cPanel DNS-Only? It's installed by default to allow for the use of the cPHulk brute force detection option.

As for the error message, could you check to see if the server is running out of memory? If it is a VPS, try checking the following file to see if there are fail counts for any parameters:

    Code:
    /proc/user_beancounters
    Thank you.

It looks like your VPS is running out of memory based on the fail count under the "privvmpages" parameter. Please contact your VPS hosting provider to see if they can increase the memory alloted to your VPS.

    Thank you.

Keep in mind that you will not be able to use any options that require MySQL (e.g. cPHulk). At some point you may want to consider increasing the memory available to the VPS if you start adding more zones.

    Thank you.
