    Have you considered contacting the provider of the nginx plugin for support on this question? cPanel does not currently provide any module or plugin for nginx, so we would not be the best location to inquire for this subject.

    Regardless of what you were told when opening a ticket on a non-supported issue such as this, I'm making my own recommendation. Since you are unlikely to receive a response here on it, and more likely to via the proper channels, the better course of action is the one I've suggested.

    Please note that, without knowing what specific nginx plugin was used (there are at least 3 major plugins used for nginx by people with cPanel), it is even more difficult to assist.

    do 'ps aux' from ssh console, you should see 'nginx' process

    go to HTTP / HTTPS Header Check and check your website, you should see something like:

    HTTP/1.1 301 Moved Permanently =>
    Server => nginx admin

    My result is

    HTTP/1.1 200 OK =>
    Server => nginx admin

    you should have nginx already, the HTTP respond header shows it.
