Is it possible to use one of those chained SSL certs like instantssl or the geotrust version without popups in WHM as well as when you pop using SSL ? I know it has something to do with the CA bundle. I got the same cert working for the server wide one using https on port 80 but for almost all browsers with no problems. But when I call WHM through the same URL it says cert not recodnized - not trusted. ..any help would be great.

I have using chained SSL with WHM.There is not a problem.

    Chained SSL provde 2 CSR.

Whe you instaall, then you have must use 2 CSR.

One CSR real, other CA bundle.
