I'd suggest creating a pop account and change the server email to that pop account. Every few days, just delete the inbox and make sure you touch it again so it won't be bounced.
Oh yeah, if you're remoing the inbox as root, make sure you chown it back to the user after touching it. I learned the hard way and had /var full to the brim with exim files.. thousands and thousands of files
