A little more information would really help here. Rather than just stating that something is not working, try to also explain what does happen.

What happens when you browse to hostname.host.com/cpanel? Did this previously work? If it did but no longer does, what does happen? Does it timeout? Do you get any errors?

You could also check if this is a local DNS resolution issue by trying to ping hostname.host.com and the corresponding IP address. Does this work in both cases?

Are you running a local firewall? Have you tried with the firewall disabled?

What browser are you using and under what OS?
