No accounts listed after upgrade

Hello,

my client tell me all their outlook ask to type password again,

i use my reseller or root account to login whm

and go to list account,all the accounts are gone,

i only upgrade the cpanel yesterday,

does anyone also get the same issue ?


my system is CLOUDLINUX 5.11 x86_64 standard and WHM 11.50.0 (build 31) .

Hello,

yes,reseller and root,all no account listing,i also submit ticket 7163323.

I am happy to see the issue is now resolved. To update, it looks like this happened when the system ran out of available disk space.
