    Hello,

Today my customers started reporting that when they list their accounts from Account functions of their reseller level WHM there are no sites being listed.

I confirmed this from root WHM. List accounts is displaying zero found.

They are all there and show up fine if I list reseller accounts.

Has anyone else seem this and what can be done to fix it?

    Thanks.

    Hello,

Did you try the script updateuserdomains?. If not try it now. And also check the file /etc/trueuserdomains. May be it will help you.

I have roughly 600 cpanel clients and this morning.. apache crashed... Now, I only have 287 clients in cpanel... How can I get the remaining accounts back into cpanel??

I tried script updateuserdomains but that didnt work... I also looked in /etc/trueuserdomains and I see all of my domains / users there.. Any Help??

    Thanks,
    Robert
