¿Tiene acceso "root" o "revendedor" a su servidor? Parece que las opciones de correo electrónico no están habilitadas en la lista de funciones que está asignada al paquete de su cuenta de cPanel. Si tiene acceso de root o revendedor al servidor, puede editar la lista de funciones con el Administrador de funciones. Puede encontrar más información en nuestra documentación:

Do you have "root" or "reseller" access to your server? It appears the email options are not enabled in the feature list that is assigned to your cPanel account's package. If you have root or reseller access to the server, you can edit the feature list using the Feature Manager. More information can be found in our documentation:
