No blue cpanel / apache page at server...

    On one of our servers if I navigate to it in a browser I get this text displayed...

    I've forced a cpanel update but its still there instead of the nice blue cpanel page.

    /usr/local/apache/htdocs contains the correct capnel index.html page so why isnt it displaying? I havent changed anything.
