Testing some new software, somehow I managed to delete the default cpanel theme or perhaps a what I think may have happened is I broke a few symlinks. Now the default theme is destroyed. When I login all I see is the header and xfer. Most of the pages are 404 and I can access only a few.

I have since tried to update cpanel in an effort to restore the default theme. I have tried a upcp force update and via WHM. Is there anyway to reinstall the default theme?
