    Cpanel's dashboard shows this:

    email.jpg

    But there's actually no email account.
    How can I fix this? Thanks.

    Hello @kabatak

    When you go to cPanel>>Mail>>Email Accounts you don't see any email accounts? If you have SSH access to the server or even through file manager can you show me the contents of the following two files:
    Code:
    /home/$user/.cpanel/email_accounts_count
    /home/$user/.cpanel/email_accounts.json

    Stop hovering to collapse... Click to collapse... Hover to expand... Click to expand...

    Hi @kabatak

    If you create a new email account like test@yourdomain.tld can you tell me if they all show up? You do have email accounts (or you had them at some point) and they don't appear to have been removed fully.

    Thanks!

    @cPanelLauren

    I created a test account, it shows and the count changed to "1". I deleted it now, the count is now "0".

    Thing is, I'm not sure if there was really a email accounts before I noticed this. Is there a way to check that?
