Interesting that one should see so many additions added and upgrade but obvious bugs reported have not be attended to. How about Exim4? I cant believe that nobody is having a problem with the latest version because it fails on every server we tried it on. Duplicate msg to mailling lists and to forums to name a few.

On our hosting servers we installed the standard exim4 without any tweaks and it is running smoothly without any problems.
On our safelist/email servers we did have to add some tweaks.. just mainly splitting the spool directory and various other configs for heavy mail usage.
    I love Exim 4. :D
I hope you get yours worked out because this version out performs exim 3 two fold.

my customers are complaining like mad men. ATM i type this, ITS DOWN.

Its amazing Cpanel wont give us a damn option to use 3 or 4, and they plan on making it "FINAL" within the next MONTH????

Are you using the exim+antivirus provided on layer1.cpanel.net? Does that work with exim 4? I just realized that I've been upgraded to exim 4, so now I have no virus scanner.

-RELEASE is slated for tomorrow, so if you are still having a problem with exim4 after updating the latest edge build, please post your ticket number here.

I'm not so sure now. I was mistakingly looking at the service status from cpanel. WHM still shows the virus scanner installed. I guess it's okay?
