Hello guys, I've a website based on wordpress that has been created only 2 weeks ago. Unfortunately, the SQL server tends to restart automatically every hour.

Hoping to diagnose the issue, i went ahead looking in /etc/ where the SQL error log files are supposed to be, however the etc folder is empty; furthermore, the my.cnf file is also missing.

Please assist me on this issue.

    Hello :)

Yes, as mentioned, the MySQL error log is located at:

    /var/lib/mysql/$hostname.err

    Thank you.
