No IP Address on New Account

    Hi, I get some trouble on my cpanel.
    Every time I create new account, new account get ip "unknown".
    I was try change the IP address, but the result is the same.

    This indicates that a virtualhost entry is not being created for the account in /usr/local/apache/conf/httpd.conf. Try rebuilding the httpd.conf file:

    # cd /usr/local/apache/conf
    # cp httpd.conf httpd.conf.old-bak
    # /scripts/rebuildhttpdconf
    # /usr/local/apache/bin/apachectl graceful
    If this does not help, please submit a ticket so we can log in and troubleshoot this for you.
