Recently our server has been having a few problems so we recompiled apache and everything seems to be great.. except

There are a few accounts that have no IP address at all. When they go into cPanel they get:

So, I go to try and change their IP, and when I try I get this:

I of course edited the website name, username, and IP address but you should get the point.
Is there any way I can manually edit this, or any way to fix this?

Go to DNS records and click edit on the effected, see whether the IP is missing from those records.

Stop hovering to collapse... Click to collapse... Hover to expand... Click to expand...
