no mail panel

    Can some kind person tell me why I don't have a mail panel on the Home Page. The top panel is Preferences, and the next one down is Search engine optimisation, but the Tutorial suggests I should have a Mail panel in between.

    Apologies for newbie blithering

    Only your Hosting Provider knows what he's enabled or not in your cPanel account for your plan. You might do better to speak with them directly about this. Short of that, on the main page of your cPanel, at bottom is a link titled "Reset All Interface Settings" if you click this, it does what the title says.
